With the initial Next Gen vendor now out of the picture, the wait is on to see if the alternate vendor (Tyler Technologies) will take on the project. Acceptance from Tyler Tech as well as approval by the Board of Directors is required before the project can move ahead. In the meantime, the Next Gen team is working on non-vendor specific activities.

The Data Advice Replacement Project has been ongoing for quite some time in an effort to update the 1970’s version currently in place. Resourcing of the project has not been ideal so contractors have been hired to move the project along. Even with this push to finish the project, it will be pushed back from a December 2015 completion date to the spring of 2016.
