Well, the implementation of the single phone number for the province is finally done. Assessment notices went out with the 1-866-valuebc number rather than the local office numbers and we have all changed our email signature blocks…right?
While it makes good sense to have a single point of contact, let’s hope the system gets customers to the right person in an efficient manner…time will tell.

UCCX
As of this report, it is too early to give the latest version of UCCX a grade. Early reports indicate there are still limitations with reports, and not having it in Citrix is still an issue.

GIS UPGRADE
The GIS upgrade was completed as schedule by the end of the year. The final piece was the upgrading of the production database.
