Now that there have been some changes to the telework agreement thru the recent collective bargaining the committee will be reviewing the policy guidelines for items that need to be revised.
As of November 2014 there were 87 teleworkers. There are three offices in the province that have no teleworkers.
Some highlights to keep in mind.
*Travel status will not apply to travel between the telework place and the workplace except if the teleworker does not receive one business day notice of change to the planned telework day
*Teleworkers may be supervised in a different way however, monitoring and reporting requirements will be substantially the same for teleworkers as for other employees
*You must fill out a telework application to be denied or approved for scheduled telework
