The learning centre is pulling together and piloting ‘Leading a Virtual Team’ workshop in July. The workshop is 7 hours split into 2 WebEx sessions and delivered virtually. This training in not solely targeted for telework but will be discussed and will be beneficial for teams as well. This course will be available more widely in the fall for other supervisors with members not in the same office.
