I / We claim BC Assessment has acted unfairly and in an arbitrary manner. We claim the Employer has violated the Collective Agreement specifically but not limited to articles 1.01, 1.03, 1.04, and Letter of Understanding # 18 - Hours of Work by denying the grievor’s request for a change in working hours.

Therefore, I / we request the Employer allow the grievor’s request for a change in working hours. This grievance has been denied at step 1 and will be held in abeyance pending further review of Okanagan operational requirements until June 30.
