The minutes of the January 10th and 11th meeting was moved for acceptance.

Very little to report out on over the last month and a half. The Collective Agreement was reviewed by the negotiations committee and a few minor changes were discovered and corrected prior to print.
Our office assistant Brad is working about a half day per week and as such minimal progress on the scanning is complete. However, only about ¼ of the policy and arbitration files are left to do.
With the exception of lost wages, which was reported as a concern in the November meeting, the budget numbers are trending as normal.
