Crystal Johnson

Crystal began her career at BCA in 2007 as a temporary appraisal assistant; becoming permanent at the Capital Office in 2008. She has held multiple positions at Head Office over the years but has spent the last seven(+) years working in her current position as a Continuous Improvement Consultant.

In 2015, Crystal was elected as an Alternate Representative for Head Office - Combined and in 2016 - 2021 was elected as the Area Representative. In May of 2021, she backfilled as South Island Regional Director and has since been elected for the 2021-22 year.
