Nicole Block

Nicole started with BCA in 2016 as a Data Collector for Data Maintenance working out of Head Office (Uptown). She moved to the previous Victoria office shortly after to join the Vancouver Island Inventory team. In 2018 she moved to the Nanaimo office to take a position as an Appraiser and lived there for 1 year before returning to Victoria. In 2023 she earned a promotion to Senior Appraiser, leading the Victoria area for the Island and Interior IC&I team.

In 2022 Nicole was elected to the role of Regional Director for the Vancouver Island Region (Victoria and Nanaimo Assessment offices).
